With the constant improvement of ICs, air-cooled radiators are becoming insufficient in terms of performance. It is clear that liquid-cooled radiators will become the future trend. Therefore, we have developed a closed-loop liquid cooling (CLLC) system for the future Burn-In test application. This system can cool the most powerful devices from 150W to over 3000W due to the high thermal conductivity of the liquid. Moreover, we have integrated a safety warning device into the system to reduce the risk of failure during operation.
